Our Programs and Initiatives

EmpowerED Program

EmpowerED is a hybrid teaching and mentoring program that supports students aged 16 to 18 from underserved regions and communities across Maharashtra. The program offers contextualised support in academic learning, skill development, and career readiness. Trained youth serve as teaching mentors, working closely with each student through a holistic development approach.

ExperiencED is a city-level, classroom-based experiential learning program that places students at the center of education through hands-on, activity-based learning. The program is designed to nurture essential 21st-century skills by creating joyful, healthy, and engaging learning environments, something often missing in today’s conventional teaching-learning systems.
